Some Point Tracker accounts require answering a security question.
As an added layer of protection, some rewards programs require their users to set a security question and answer in addition to a user name and password when they create their accounts.
If you see a Point Tracker alert asking you to answer a security question, click the Answer security question link. You'll see your security question; just enter the answer you set on the provider website and click Save to continue.
Some programs may require you to answer multiple questions. If you see the security question alert again, follow the same steps above to access your account.
If you need to reset your security question or need assistance with your program credentials, please visit the program website. TripIt cannot help you reset your reward-program credentials with the program provider.
