You can update the email address(es) associated with your account on our website or in our Android and iOS apps.
Android and iOS TripIt apps:
- Open the Android or iOS app.
- Tap the Account tab (bottom right) > Email Addresses.
- Tap Add Another Email Address and enter your new email address. (You will receive an email with a verification link, which you need to click to finalise the update).
- To remove an email address, select the email address you want removed and tap Remove Email (iOS) or tap
(top right on Android) and select Remove Email Address.
- Click on your Profile Icon in the upper right corner.
- Click on Settings > Account and Security > Email Addresses > Manage Email Addresses .
- Under Add an Email Address , enter your new email address. (You will receive an email with a verification link, which you need to click to finalise the update).
- To remove an email address, under Manage Email Addresses, click on Remove below the email address you wish to remove.
Update the primary email address
Android and iOS TripIt apps:
- Open the Android or iOS app.
- Tap the Account tab > Email addresses.
- Select the email address you wish to be your new primary email address.
- Tap Make This the Primary Email (iOS) or tap
(top right on Android) and select Make This the Primary Email.
- Tap OK.
- Click on your Profile Icon in the upper right corner and click on Settings .
- Select Account and Security > Email Addresses > Manage Email Addresses.
- Click on the drop-down bar to select your primary email address.
